Returns

• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. They must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• Return Process: To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds

• Inspection & Approval: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s). If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

• Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
